Protokit

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

Protokit ("the Service") is provided by Niklas Almstedt, a sole trader registered in Sweden, trading as Almstedt Studio ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, using the Protokit apps for iOS and Android, or using Protokit on the web, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. What Protokit is – and is not

Protokit is personal record-keeping software. It lets you log information you enter yourself, such as schedules, doses you have taken, cycles, inventory and injection sites.

Protokit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not recommend any substance, protocol or dose, and we do not sell, supply or ship any substance or physical product. Any figures shown in the Service are based solely on values you enter. You alone are responsible for what you take and for checking every value you enter. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting or changing anything.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. The data you enter is yours. You can delete it, or request a copy, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Protokit Pro

Some features require a paid Protokit Pro subscription. Pro is linked to your Protokit account, so a subscription bought in one place (App Store, Google Play or the web) unlocks Pro wherever you sign in with that account.

Purchases in the apps are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms. Manage or cancel those subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Purchases on the web. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payment and handles returns. Web purchases are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, interfering with its operation, or reverse-engineering it except where the law allows.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its name, design and content are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them other than to use the Service.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service as a whole, we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused part of a prepaid web subscription.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any harm arising from decisions you make based on information you have entered. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by e-mail.
